Certification to ISO 9001:2008 reinforces to clients, through an independent third-party, that GNS, Inc. operates a Quality Management System in accordance with the standard.

PRESS RELEASE: GNS, INC RECEIVES “EXCEPTIONAL” AUDIT RATING FOR GSA SCHEDULE 70

Rockville, MD- May 10, 2010

GNS, Inc. received an "Exceptional" rating from U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for administrative performance against Federal Supply Code (FSC) 70, Information Technology contract GS35F0582M. The GSA Administrative Report Card rating is based on the contractor's performance in contract compliance, time delivery and lowest possible pricing. The audit addressed over 20 specific contract compliance areas, and only 10% of GSA's contract holders achieve such a rating. GNS achieved this rating as a direct result of the impeccable contract and project records maintained by its contract management team.

September 4, 2009 PRESS RELEASE: STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES AWARDS CONTRACT TO GNS, INC. TO PROVIDE IT CONSULTING SERVICES

Rockville, MD – September 4th, 2009
Today, Global Network Systems (GNS, Inc.), a leading provider in IT security services, was awarded a contract by the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES to provide information technology (IT) consulting services to State Agencies and Other Eligible Users. The three (3) year, multiple-award IDIQ contract has four project areas: 1) Analysis and Design which includes services to assist organizations in IT capital planning and assessments, 2) Development and Integration comprising services such as project management of systems development, 3) Operational Support which includes a broad range of operations and support services, and 4) Staff Augmentation. It is a task order based vehicle that supports Time & Materials (T&M), Fixed Price Project (FPP) and Cost Savings types of task orders and has the potential value of at least $750 million.

(GNS) was awarded a Department of Energy (DOE) contract to provide INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION (IV&V) SUPPORT SERVICES to the Office of the Chief Information Officer. The contract is valued at 3.5 million over the three (3) year period.
