Flor Leiva, CEO/CFO
Mrs. Leiva has over 13 years of business
operations and financial management experience in government and commercial IT.
As President of GNS, Inc., she is responsible for the overall operation and
management of the company. In this role, Mrs. Leiva drives operational
efficiencies to enhance the company’s performance and deliver more capabilities
to customers as GNS focuses on organic services growth. She is directly involved
with Human Resources operation and provides strategic direction for employee
relations, work/life balance programs, compensation and benefits, recruiting,
training and development, including GNS’ core values.
As GNS’ chief financial officer, Mrs. Leiva is responsible for the management of
GNS, Inc. finance and accounting operations, including compliance with accepted
standards and regulatory requirements, tax and audit, and legal and contractual.
This includes treasury and cash management, risk and surety management,
financial analysis and modeling, financial reporting, and financial budgeting
and forecasting. She oversees the capital structure of the company, determining
the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing. Mrs. Leiva directs and
manages the GNS’ finance and accounting operations with commitment to leveraging
expertise in fiduciary oversight and strategic management to build a world-class
financial infrastructure and drive the company’s top and bottom line growth.
Peyman Goldoust, Executive Vice President
Mr. Peyman Goldoust has over 21 years of technology management experience with federal government and commercial contracts. He holds a BS in Computer Science and Information Systems from University of Maryland University College. He is also certified FSO, MCSE, MCP and MCP+I.
He serves as the Executive Vice President in charge of operation and business development of GNS’ initiatives. With his hands-on leadership style, Mr. Goldoust makes certain that the best technical and management resources are employed on projects, while ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs.
Mr. Goldoust provides consultation and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-related, or process related topics. Establishing long range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve these objectives is one of his strongest ability. He consistently encourages building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members. He has extensive knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution.
Tony Ingelido, Director of Operations
Mr. Ingelido has over 25 years of government, commercial IT and business operations experience working for organizations such as EG&G, Asbury Services, IntelliDyne, and the Federal Government. He holds a BS and MS from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Keller Graduate School. He is certified as a PMP and holds certifications from ASQ and GIAC.
He directs the contract management efforts of on-site Program Managers to ensure adequacy of staffing, contract performance including P&L, quality and timeliness of deliverables, and overall management of the client experience with GNS. He also serves as the GNS ISO 9001:2008 Management Representative and develops and manages corporate processes that enable organic growth, process compliance and employee and client satisfaction.
Steve Sharp, Director of Business Development
Mr. Sharp has 25 years of government and commercial IT experience at the national and international level. He held senior level sales and business development positions at companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Wang Global, and BAE Systems. He holds a BSEE from Virginia Tech and an MBA from George Washington University.
He manages the processes and metrics for identifying, qualifying, pursuing and bidding on new business opportunities. He also works with operations and corporate functions to integrate business development activities into effective end-to-end business processes.
Ilaria Driver, Human Resources/Recruiting Manager
Mrs. Driver has 15 years of Human Resources experience working with small to medium size government contracting companies by managing their overall HR functions and organizational strategic planning. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland.
She implements human resources strategies in line with organizational objectives by establishing department accountabilities in the areas of talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention. She also supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
